Knowing is a Form of Resistance

Have you ever noticed, how you know how your day is going to unfold?

 

You know the traffic is going to be backed up on your way to work. You know how the mood of the staff is going to be because of that big project everyone is behind on. You know your day is just going to be so busy with no "you" time. You know what others are thinking about you because they "looked at you" a certain way. You know you are going to be late to a meeting. ON and ON and ON.

 

Oh it is so tiring. It is also a mental block. Like walking on a path and you come to a huge barrier. You can't go anywhere else than what you see in front of you. 

 

You actually put up the barrier yourself. You create the negative mindset to see all that is wrong with what is yet to even happen.

 

THEN, when you actually see what you are looking for, you have this simple, weird gratification to knowing. You say things like, "See, I fricken knew it, traffic is backed up, now I am going to be late." 

 

Well, let me tell you this.... that is messed up! 

 

Why do I know it is messed up, cause I used to do this. 

 

All good things can not come to you with the feelings of resistance.

Resistance is Invisible

 

Resistance cannot be seen, touched, heard, or smelled. But it can be felt. We experience it as an energy field radiating from a work-in-potential. It's a repelling force. It's negative. Its aim is to show us away, distract us, prevent us from doing our work.

 

Man, is that powerful... 

 

So what does this mean? If resistance can be felt, then being aware of how we feel can put us on the right path. 

 

 

 Knowing is not always the answer. Allowing yourself to feel what is good, what makes us feel great is being on the right path. Finding the positive in a negative situation pushes you farther to the feel good side of resistance. 

 

If you feel the emotion of resistance, check what is going on inside. Or around you, but do not create it before it happens. 

 

If you want to create, think of all positive things, attract that to your life. Follow the path of less resistance and you will find everything will fall into place.
