Full refund 30 days or more prior to event. 

10-29 days prior - refund minus $100 Non refundable deposit

Less than 10 days prior - no refund granted. We may be able to transfer your retreat registration to a future retreat - feel free to ask about this option.

FAQ:

What is the weather like on Vancouver Island? Weather is cool in the evenings for sure but can be beautifully wet or beautifully mild during day. 2 weeks prior to the retreat, I will send the weather report to help packing knowledge. 

​

What do I bring? At time of registration, you will receive all the details needed for traveling and making your stay enjoyable. 

​

Do I need a passport to travel? If you are traveling from outside Canada, you will need a passport to enter our beautiful country. 

​

Is travel covered? Travel is NOT covered 

​

Are the funds in Canadian or USD? All funds are in Canadian dollars. 

​

Where is Kingfisher Located? This resort is locaed in Courtenay, on Vancouver Island BC , in Canada. It is a 1 hour drive from the BC Ferries in Nanaimo, 2.5 hour drive from Victoria, plus there is a direct 30 minute flight from Vancouver to Comox which is a quick shuttle ride to the resort.
